For larger outdoor events, we offer mobile stage rentals with professional roof systems that provide weather protection and a complete event-ready setup.
Since 2001, we've provided professional stage rental and event production services throughout New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. We're fully insured, an approved NYC Public Schools vendor, and we accept purchase orders for eligible school events.

A small stage rental can be a single 4ft x 4ft platform for a soloist, an award presentation or a head table. The sizes asked for most are 8ft x 8ft, 8ft x 12ft and 12ft x 12ft. Every one of them still arrives with a set of steps, non-slip decking, and legs that adjust on their own so the deck sits level on grass, asphalt or a slope. Setup takes 45 minutes to two hours depending on the size and how easy the venue is to reach.
