Celebration Entertainment is an audio visual equipment rental company based in Brooklyn, serving schools, businesses, churches and event venues across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. One order covers the projector, the screen, the speakers, the microphones and the lighting, so there is one delivery, one setup and one number to call if something has to move.
We have been doing it since 2001, and we are an approved New York City Department of Education vendor under the name Party Services Inc, so a school can order on a purchase order.

Same-Day Delivery in Brooklyn, Manhattan & Queens
Every AV equipment rental price below is a flat day rate with delivery and setup inside it, not a starting figure that grows on the phone. Day two and day three are half price on everything AV, so a three day weekend costs the same as two days.
The minimum order for delivery is $250. Under that, pickup from the store at 1202 Avenue N in Brooklyn is welcome. Full detail on each item is on its own page: projectors and screens, speakers and PA, and DJ equipment.

Day 2 and 3 half price
So a three day weekend costs the same as two days. One delivery either way.
Event AV rental usually means three things at once: something to hear, something to see, and someone to set it up. Most events need two or three of these rather than all four, and they do not have to come from three different companies. Tell us the room and the headcount and we will size it.
A ViewSonic LS740HD, 5,000 ANSI lumens and 1080p native, with a 30,000 hour laser so there is no lamp to fail halfway through. Bright enough to run with the room lights on.
JBL and RCF powered speakers, and JBL and RCF subwoofers. Every speaker comes with a speaker stand. Line array is available when the room needs it.
Wired and wireless handheld microphones, and a small mixer comes with either one. A microphone rents on its own, and it is not bundled into a speaker.
A flat screen on a stand does the job a projector cannot in a bright room with a small audience. Event lighting and stage lighting are quoted with the rest of the order.
Setup is included on every AV equipment rental, wherever the job is. Delivery is free in Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens once the order is over $300. Outside those three boroughs there is a delivery fee based on distance, quoted from the address.
The fees: Brooklyn $75, free over $300. Manhattan and Queens $150, free over $900. Bronx and Staten Island $175, free over $1,200. Nassau, Westchester and northern New Jersey $225, free over $1,500. Beyond that it is $8 a mile measured one way from Brooklyn 11230.
Book before 11:30am and it goes out the same day. After 11:30am it is the next day. In Brooklyn, Manhattan and Queens same-day usually lands within two to three hours.
Two extras are published rather than added afterwards: stairs above two flights with no elevator is $150, and a pickup after 10pm is $150. Nothing else appears on the invoice that was not on the quote.
Four different rooms and four different orders. The AV that works in a school gym is not what works in a hotel conference room, so we size it from the space rather than from a package list.

A conference room is usually a projector, a 120 or 150 inch screen and one or two microphones, and an office holiday party is closer to the PA package. Conference av rental gets quoted from the room size and the headcount rather than from a package list. Tell us the venue and we will tell you what fits.
No. The screen is a separate charge because not every room needs one - a school gym with a screen already mounted, a church with a white wall and a corporate room with a built-in screen should not pay for one. If you do want both, the Presentation Package is $325 with a 120 inch screen included.

The DJ gear is the current flagship, which is worth knowing because a shop renting a CDJ-2000 in 2026 has stopped reinvesting.

We deliver, set up and check everything before we leave, and we answer texts until midnight if something comes up on the night. We are not quoting an operator to stand behind the desk for the evening as part of these prices - if you need one, say so when you call and we will talk about it.

The truck cost is the same whether the gear is out for one day or three - one delivery, one pickup - which is why the discount is advertised rather than offered when somebody asks.
